This quarter, we will continue to explore the concept of self-induced healing, which occurs in a state of safety. RUTs dissipate as your entire body heals. This link explains the process: summary document.

Repetitive, unwanted thoughts (RUTS) are present in 95% people. Approximately 70-80% find them somewhat disruptive. They are driven by threat physiology, and in turn, the thoughts drive survival physiology. 

There are four aspects of healing RUTs, along with one preliminary step. Please review these links to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall healing approach.

Coaching sessions provide a powerful complement to The DOC Journey course or app, enhancing your understanding of how healing takes place. The format is safe, structured, supportive, and enjoyable.

Please allocate 10 to 20 minutes each day to The DOC Journey course or app, even if you have completed it previously. They provide a structured method for learning and embedding skills that encourage cues of safety. Repetition is crucial.
