Group Coaching: April to June 2026 Schedule

Calm Your Body, Heal Your Mind

The DOC Journey Coaching Topics

April to June 2026

Calming and rerouting your nervous system requires learning skills and embedding them with repetition. Spend only 10-20 minutes a day on a lesson on The DOC Journey course, and no more. Although you may notice some early changes, significant healing usually occurs over three to six months.

Coaching sessions are a powerful adjunct to the DOC Journey course, but not a substitute. They add depth to your learning, and spending time with others is anti-inflammatory and healing.

Here are some foundational resources:

“To have a good life, you must live a good life.”

This quarter is based on the last section of my new book, “Calm Your Body, Heal Your Mind: Transcend Pain, Anxiety, Anger, and Repetitive Unwanted Thoughts. There are four phases of healing: 1) thought separation, 2) calming threat physiology, 3) softening your ego, and 4) stimulating neuroplasticity. This quarter will focus on #3 and 4. We will be practicing tools from compassion-focused therapy.

Please read the linked article for each one before you sign on. The links take you to the backincontrol.com website and are like the ones in the course.
